West Cary and North West Apex( around Hwy 64 towards Jordon lake) is now most happening area in the Triangle especially for Indians. Costco is coming to Apex on Hwy 64 and it is going to very convenient to West Cary and North West Apex folks. Wake County is building new Green Level High School with 80M+ and it is going to be icon for this area based on what they are planning inside the school in terms of facilities and programs. Elementary and Middle schools are 10/10s here. So Hwy 64 corridor in North West Apex is going to be most happening place due to Costco, easy connection to 55 and to RTP. Plus Hwy 540 proximity and to Jordon Lake is a huge plus. If you see Triangle area vision, easy access to 540 is the real key as it is going to have complete circle eventually which can take you to anywhere in triangle with in few minutes.

Yes. Seems like Apex particularly adjacent to West Cary and 64 Hwy seems to be hot now and even for next few years atleast as all the builders are making their communities with lots ready to sell. Costco is one big factor, new high school, Pulte has 2 or 3 sub-divisions getting ready in West Cary and adjacent Apex visinity, Lennar has one big new community coming in Apex on Green Level Church, Toll has three big sub-divisions, Sweet Water on 64 & Jenks, one on Old Jenks, 55 and 64. Standard Pacific on Green Level West & Wimberly & other on Indian Wells. KHav on Indian wells, Meritage expansions going on as they bought all adjacent land, I heard Saxonbury is buying all land next to it as they are already sold out and many custom builders developments coming to Apex now as West Cary is kind of capped and desis don't like other parts of Cary than 55 and schools are not great too. I think this area will continue to be hot based on my research and projects that are coming in next 2 or 3 years. Also heard WCPSS is planning one new Elementary, Middle next year and High School is already in Construction. So with all this said, Hwy 55 & 64 area is going to be crazy and desirable area for all desis particularly.

New Homes & Apex is rated as #1 town in all of USA 8 years 8 months ago #27384

Apex is named as best town to live in the entire USA. Link below. Again, it is in the entire USA. How sweet it is. Being here, we all need to be proud of this. Magazine like Time rated the town and not by local media. Apex scored the highest points. So I agree. Apex is going to be most happening town for next few years folks. Already West Cary is full blown. No one wants to go to other side of Cary for many reasons that we all know. Morrisville has lot of traffic and congestion issues and folks don't want to go that side too. So I can see Apex is going to be the desirable town now like West Cary. Costco made a good choice of setting one in Apex close to Hwy 64 & NC 55. All of the builders coming with lot of sub-divisions and they are expecting lot of families move from up north to here as that is the trend going since couple of years. This year, they expect more due to last year snow issues.
