TOPIC: Fryers Gate SFH lot

Hi there, I was wondering has any one been able to get a lot in Fryers Gate for single family home recently, if yes how much more you had to offer in the bidding? Appreciate your response.

Also I would appreciate your feedback/thoughts on Park Side @bella casa by lennar in Apex, in terms of commute to RTP, schools and future resale value.

Its waist of spending on those homes. You end up in paying around 480 to 500.

$475K for a Hinton or Sydney plan including upgrades, bid premium, lot premium.

About the Parkside@Bella Casa, there are 3 builders still selling there: Lennar, Ryan and Royal Oaks. Good community with amenities and next to the Apex Nature Park with tennis courts and a lot of other facilities. Less than 10 min the 64/540 exit.
Good schools including the brand new Friendship High School within walking distance. Prices and selections are of course better than in Cary.

For Hinton and Sydney the two houses they released last week the base price was $438000 + $15000 (Lot premium) + I heard the bidding is going at minimum of $30000 for trillium collection + $20000 for upgrades

so i think total price is around $500000+
