TOPIC: How safe is Madison at Treybrook, Morrisville ?

Hi Folks,

I recently moved to the Madison at Trayebrook, Morrisville. I have been hearing mixed reviews about safety and nuisance in this area. In case you are aware could you update me on how it is to live in this area/apartments, specially having small children.

It would be great if I can have some contacts of people who stay here, and maybe I can talk to them.

I have been living in Morrisville for last 4 years. I personally feel it is very safe place to live.

I have 2 kids and it is very good place for kids. The schools are excellent (my son goes to Cedar Fork elementary).

We allow our 6 year old son to bike in the neighbourhood alone and I wouldn't be doing that if I didn't feel safe.

If you feel unsafe, you could call Morrisville Police and ask for Crime report. I believe they are obliged to provide it.
