The Waterford Apartments are located near Church St. and minutes away from the RTP, the RDU Airport, I-540 and I-40, the HSNC & SV temple, Indian restaurants(see Yellow pages for addresses and websites), Indian grocery stores (VGS, Sangam mart, Kadhambam Spices and the new Apna Bazar- See Yellow pages for the addresses), cultural events by the Indian community round the year held mostly at the HSNC cultural hall, movie theaters and different parts of the Triangle.

The Neighbors/Neighborhoods:
Waterford apartments is the
best choice especially for those on a temporary work visa. There are a number of young professionals, Indian families living here who travel to RTP for work. So if you dont have a car because you are only for a few months in the US, what you can do is car pool with others.

Notes:
The apartments are a little old so there could be some issues at times but the management is prompt in getting things done.
Even though they have mixed reviews on the net, overall they are nice apartments to live in according to the Indians living here. They recommended these Apartments to others. And there's no problem of parking, ample space.
