TOPIC: Sub-Lease 2 Bed Apt and Get $500 off

Hi,

I rented this apartment in Marquis at Cary Parkway apartments for 9 months but breaking the lease now. As i am breaking the lease, i will have to pay $1,100 penality.
If you sign up a new lease with new lease term of your interest to rent this apartment unit then i do not have to pay the penality as they are not loosing the rent on this apartment unit and 50% of ( $1,100 ) what i will loose otherwise you do not rent this is yours.

Let me know when do you like to visit the APT to sign-up.
