TOPIC: Need info about Westover Hills Apt at cary

I happened to visit the westover hills apt and I really liked it, but I dont see any info on this apt here at AT. Can any one please provide me more information about this apt, like any Indian there? about the safety and much more. I would really appreciate any help on this.
