TOPIC: Apartment available from July'10

Hi,

I live in a new and beautiful 2BHK-2 full bath apt. in Camden Westwood- Morrisville, NC-27560. I signed a 15 month lease in Jan'10 but we have to vacate the apt by July 1th,2010 as we are moving out. Hence, I'm looking for someone (family or single) to take over the rest of my lease from July'10. The monthly rent is $815.


Attractions: Many Indians families, gym, swimming pool, tennis court, both cable and valet waste are included in the monthly rent.It is also very close to Indian stores, Indian restaurants, and the Hindu and Balaji temple is just 5 min drive.
