TOPIC: Pls suggest apartment near Duke University

Hi,
Please suggest 3 BR/2BA apartments for my family of 4( hubby, me, and twins-7 yrs) near Duke. We do not have much time to look around. Some people told us to stay in Chapel Hill, some in Morrisville, and some in Durham itself.
These are our criteria:
25 min drive one way is ok. Preferably closer, because he is on call at nights.
Need gas stove.
Secure clean complex with some playground at least.
Library access, Indian groceries nearby.
A good private school (Catholic is ok) - kids got a grade advancement last year. My friends think that the grade advancement may not be entertained in a different state. I need to check that out.

Duke is hardly 10 minutes drive. Sams Club, Indian store is less than a mile. Some Private schools are there but, not much aware about that.
Most of the Duke Medical students live here.
Chapel Hill is also a good option.
