TOPIC: Apartments with 30 days or less notice period

I currently live at Marquis @ Cary. This place has 2 month notice period. I am a contractor and would like to have a short notice period of 1 month or less and short term leases like 3 months. I am looking for apartments in the Cary/Morrisville area which offer short term leases with reasonable premium (I think paying $100 more per month more for month non month at the end of the lease term). If you know of any in this area I would appreciate if you could share the information.
