TOPIC: looking for Apartments/townhome

We are moving to North Carolina and looking for apartments or townhomes.
I have reviewed the forums of apartments but they seem to be old topics.
is there any review on new apartments around Cary and Morrisville..?
my husband works from home and no we have no location constraint to near any office, but would like to be near Indian groceries and Indian communities.

Which city is preferred .. Cary or Morrisville..?
Please suggest us on apartments list.
