TOPIC: Considering "Vista at te Park" on Route 55

I will be relocating to work in RTP and I am considering renting an apartment at the "Vista at the Park." They are located near Kit Creek Road and Route 55.

I am suspicious of this place because their rent is about $100 lower than any other place just south of RTP. Does anyone have experience living in the community?

Any feedback would be greatly appreciated because i am trying to finalize my living arrangements.

Apartments are new but the quality is too bad, lots of spiders and they charge u $$$ even for tiny spots on carpet
and wood used for cabinet door are cheap quality. U can hear other noise from other apt

we r also thinking to rent an apartment in Vista at the Park.they r cheap...n washer dryer is only for 14 to 15 $ a month...while in other apts it is for 40$/month.....as indians we r used to of noises:woohoo:
we have kids so they will b noisy too... so we r ok with noises..........

If you have kids don't even think of second flour. kids run around and that annoys neighbors downstairs.

Indians buy lot of grocery and renting on higher floor is too much muscle work.

Depends where you live, upper floors always give better scenic view.

On ground floor you are likely to see variety of bugs. Ceiling floor corners with tape is must.

Thief can easily break in from windows and doors on ground floor.

In winter ground floors are too cold.

As of now this is what I can think. you want more ?
