Hi, iam new to Durham, looking for a shared accommodation

I am done with my project this month and will be relocating to different place. I am looking for someone to take over my lease (available till FEB2012). Its a nice 2bed/2bath garden tub apartment, with washer and dryer included in rent. Has two spacious closets with attached to bedroom. Spacious hall. has good indian community
Please let me know anybody interested in taking the lease.
