TOPIC: tell me about marquis on carry parkway

hi....friends.i am planing to move marquis on carry parkway. please tell about the apartments..
any indians r there?

Well..I will suggest to look for other apartment. we just moved here and found that there are lots of problem in the apartment(around 10 request in a month), maintenance is bad and also the staff is not very helpful or I will say little bit rude. They always say the construction is like that and they can't help. I wish I can move out of it.

We r living since 2 years & do not see any issues. I would not say these apartments r great & best but would say reasonably good considering Indian people, reachability, pricing & etc.,

I didn't face any problems with this apartment till now.They are reasonable
