TOPIC: Temporary Guardianship/custodianship

My sister is travelling with her kids from India to Chicago on a h1b visa next month. I live in Raleigh, planning to bring kids with me for 3-4 weeks. If I have to take kids to any medical care, what documentation should I have in hand.

I think you will need insurance card and authorization letter from parents saying they authorize you to take the kids to doctor and ER as needed. Also u can contact local doctors office like cornerstone pediatric and ask then the same question.
