Dear Friends,

This Forum will include the links to the receipes posted by ApnaTriangle members.

Everytime the member writes the new receipe,we will include the link in this forum.

Pleasseeeeeeee don't post such wonderful picture.....first invite with real food that we can taste....looking at the pictures is torture....i cannot eat pictures........

i am feeling hungry after seeing the pictures you posted. They look so yummy. I am not able to control my temptation to have a cutlet right away... I hope the taste is also as yummy as it looks ha ha... I was kidding LFC Don't mind.

I agree with you. She posts wonderful pictures and suddenly readers feel hungry. I think LFC is paid by Indian Eating places to post these pictures......

Rupa & Kubi thanks...I will one day turn this virtual treat into real one.

A...so I am paid by Indian eating places I wish we had few good ones so that I would have given solid recommendations for their food...but as and when I find something good I will always share.

I still have to find a decent Indian eating place in this area or for that matter anywhere in the USA. I dislike Indian restaurents. No respect for Indian customers and stale food.

U r so correct .Thanks for sending me those links ...i had chec ked outthe recepie section the other day .. but somehow had just ignored the tofu recipes.. always used to wonder what is this tofu actually .. had never ever tried it though ... but now got an idea .. will surely try it out.

I'm a food blogger and write frequently on it.
All the recipes on my blog are made/cooked/baked by me first and then posted.

Richa,I am excited to see local food blogger on AT.Thanks for sharing the link. I took quick glance and loved your Blueberry cake..very tempting.Keep us posted and also start some action in recipe section of AT.

From grocery prices to receipes ! Hope this time 'Moderators' don't come under pressure from Indian Restaurant owners because now members will try interesting receipes at home & this will affect the business of desi brothers Anyway, good initiative.

Can some one list out essential masala's for both non-veg & veg dishes to be stocked always in the kitchen. I will appreciate if you could write both the hindi & english names of the masala where ever applicable. Thanks.

There are ready-made masala sachets available for veg & non-veg dishes. (sanjeev kapoor's khana khazana brand and many others)

just add the basics, cooking oil, onions-tomatoes etc, and mix the masala as per instructions along with the main ingredients.
