It's almost 10 years I have left Nagpur, and my last visit was 6+years back otherwise i would have been helpful still if you want some oldies then for a wide variety of Non-Veg food you should visit Mominpura.
If you are health and hygiene conscious, then you need to look out somewhere in Sadar, perhaps there might be too many options available in other parts of the city.
