TOPIC: Recommendations - Doctor without Insurance in RTP

I was wondering if anyone provide recommendations on the doctors that can treat patients without insurance in RTP area. My elderly parents are currently in USA with insurance that covers extreme cases. I want some recommendations on the doctors where I can got for general checkup and some minor issues like Blood pressure abnormality etc.
