TOPIC: New Homes(Stanley Martin) in Raleigh/Apex

Wanted to get some inputs on Stanley Martin homes in Raleigh(Blount Street) & Apex(Olive Chapel Park). Builder's out of the box standard features are unconventional like hardwood flooring, metal roof, refrigerator etc.,
