Any suggestions for places to buy good fish (fresh/frozen) at decent price?

We have lot of choice to buy fresh fish in Triangle area. Last few times I got fish from Today Asia Market. Pampano, Prawns, Buffalo, Salmon all these fish were fresh and cost 1$ less than market rate.

I also get my fish from Sea Depot at Chatham square in Cary.

Frozen fish you can try Indian stores..Triangle indian market, Patel brothers, Halal at Chatham, Suvidha.

Biggest fish store is Grand Asia market on Buck jones road.

If you eat whole sardines/ Tarle/ Matti buy frozen packet from Whole foods in Cary. They are very fresh wild caught Portuguese sardines. If any one has not tried Pampano fish..try it. I got it from Today Asia market several times and made curry and fry.
