Hope you are all doing good. I would like to get some information on Indian population in the Holly Springs as we are looking for a single family home. We looked at a few and narrowed our choices down to Bella Casa/ Magnolia Walk communities at Apex and 12 Oaks/Forest ridge/Morgan park communities at Holly Springs. Doubtlessly, the homes at Holly Springs have more to offer for the Price with commute being a con. That being said, do any of you or your friends live in the 12 Oaks or Forest Ridge communities at Holly Springs? I know that the Morgan Park is a brand new community and is Preselling. Or are there any other communities in Holly Springs with decent Indian population that you would suggest? Thanks in advance for all your inputs!!
