TOPIC: Yellow Page Add Entry

Hello Triangle,

I was wondering if anyone could help me. I want to add my business information to the yellow page directory however, I keep getting error. Please see attach pic for the error.

I followed the steps.
1. Selected Category
2. Click Add Category ( gives error at this step)

any help would be greatly appreciated.
