TOPIC: Cooking with Fresh Methi..Share your methi Recipes

We are getting good fresh methi bunches in local Indian grocery stores. Few weeks back I got one of the largest grown methi bunch from Triangle Indian market, it was 15+ inch long bunch and last week I got one of the most tender methi bunch (not more than 6-7inch long) just like we get in India.

All readers are welcome to share how they cook Methi greens, just brief description or description with image can be shared. I am starting with few images.
