TOPIC: Powery of Attorney Process in Raleigh

I would like to know the process to stamp/sign my power of attorney papers.

Does anyone the process how to do and whom to approach like lawyers.

The POA process is pretty simple. You may call most any attorney and request the service and provide the information. The fees are typically <$100 including recording fee. I did one today for one of my clients through Gwynn & Edwards ( www.gwynn-edwards.com/ ) in Raleigh. Once the POA document is ready, the grantor may go to the same or any attorney or Notary to get the signature attested. Need the original POA doc while the grantee signs on behalf of the grantor.
