Two years back we got it done from Lowes. We purchased 4 fans from them and I think we paid 250$ for installation but we had to return one fan back because they could not guide us properly for slanting ceiling. It was not good experience. We have not yet installed fan in the living room.

Real estate agents should be able to give good electrician reference. Check with electrical store in cary downtown.
