People will quit using phone interviews for hiring.

More importantly, isn't Impersonation practice illegal in this country? (I was just notified by a good samaritan).

After reading two replies I understood the first post...I am so surprised that post has email id and phone number shared...no wonder it is posted in forum instead of free classified ads.

Few months ago I heard about this practice but did not believe. One should able to keep up the job after clearing interview.

The offending post has been removed. It is disgrace to the community that proxy interviews are being offered. I would request you to discourage it not only in the forums here but also if it comes up in discussions in parties.
