As mentioned in my previous posts, Morrisville is the Tringle's nucleus. Madison at Treybrooke is located between Town Hall Dr and Church Street and less than a mile from McCrimmon Pkwy.
The apartments/townhomes have easy access to RTP, the RDU Airport, I-540 and I-40, the HSNC & SV temple, Indian restaurants(see Yellow pages for addresses and websites), Indian grocery stores (VGS, Sangam mart, Kadhambam Spices and the new Apna Bazar- See Yellow pages for the addresses), cultural events by the Indian community round the year held mostly at the HSNC cultural hall and movie theaters.
The Apartment:
Tucked away in a wooded setting, Madison at Treybrooke is a wonderful place to live...beautiful and private. It's one of the least expensive housing communities, with the value add of a pleasant atmosphere, in part induced by the surrounding trees. It has spacious floor plans and comes equipped with Washers & Dryers.

The Floor plans and the Rent:
The Madison at Treybrooke offers four different 1-2 bedroom (garden apts) and 2-3 bedroom (Townhomes) floor plans to choose from. Owing to rental information and apartment availability not being mentioned on their website, one would need to call/visit them. Office hours are: Monday - Friday: 9 am to 6 pm, Saturday: 10 am to 4 pm
