My name is Sunny and I'm looking for a room for rent. I recently moved here for a new project.

Male/Female, I don't mind sharing the apt as long as you are comfortable with it. I'm looking for a separate room and if possible closer to Morrisville, Cary.

You won't have any problem with me, as far as the rent and keeping the apt clean, matters. Also, I don't smoke or booze, I'll be a cool and hassle free roomie :)
