$100/month cash for including in the lease

A friend of ours who recently moved are renting a home in Durham County, they have signed up for a new home in Wake County that will be ready only in September-October time frame.

They are looking to enroll their child into wake county schools with Carpenter elementary/cedar fork as the base but not able to due to delay in house closing. 

If someone who is renting an apartment/townhome(with carpentar elementary/cedar fork as base schools) and willing to add our friend's name to the lease, that will help them register their child into wake county school. In exchange for this favor, they are willing to pay $100/month until their home is ready for move-in.
