Washer/dryer in unit, great patio overlooking a garden, very open lay-out.

The apt is in Brier Creek, close to shopping, dining, movies and freeways!

I am ready to leave my security deposit, thus no deposit is required. At $875/month, the on offer rate is atleast $200 less than the current leasing prices for the short term period. You can go on to extend the lease if desired thus benefiting with the lower rates.
