The apt is in Brier Creek, close to shopping, dining, movies and freeways!

I am ready to leave my security deposit, thus no deposit is required. The on offer rate is atleast $150 less than the current leasing prices for these apt for the period. You can go on to extend the lease if desired thus benefiting with the lower rates.
