Rooms available for rent in an apartment

Hi,

We are looking for roommates for our apartment in Raleigh. This place is in a walkable distance to local transit bus stops, Food Lion and DMV. It is also close to NCSU Centennial campus. The apartment is in a ten minute driving distance from Cary, twenty minutes from Morrisville and half hour from Durham.

Everyone has their own private room. The common areas of the house are fully furnished. The bedrooms are partially furnished as well, but you're welcome to bring your own.

The rent for the bigger rooms is 450$ each and the smaller one is 300$. Utilities include water, electricity and WiFi. This apartment has an in unit washer/dryer.
