Single bedroom with private bath available for Female only

Single bedroom available with private bathroom for females only in a newly constructed townhome from 4th-December. The property is close to Indian grocery stores/restaurants  and very near to major IT Firms like CISCO, BIOGEN, NETAPP, METLIFE, DUESCHE bank , Credit Suisse etc. The bedroom is furnished with full size bed and a closet. Vegetarians or Ovo-vegetarian preferred. We are open to non-vegetarians as well but no non-veg cooking allowed at home.
