We have a room available from the end of April in a four bedroom apartment on Avent Ferry road, Raleigh. This place is opposite to the Walnut Creek trail, and is in walkable distance to local transit bus stops, Food Lion and DMV. It is also close to NCSU Centennial campus.

The rent for this room is 365$ + Utilities (60-75$) per month. Please see the photo attached.
